Clear. Human. Trainable. Nervous-system tested.
For over twenty years, I worked in tech and media design. I learned how to take complex systems and make them usable. I learned how to build experiences that change human behavior.
I designed for companies like Viz Media and Current TV, and my UX work was reviewed in The New York Times.
Then I took that same systems-thinking brain and applied it to the one domain most people treat like a mystery: intimacy.
Intimacy isn't magic. It's a skill set. It can be broken down, taught, and mastered. You just need to update your internal OS.
I earned my M.A. in Integrative Health Studies because I knew real change required more than talk. It required the body, the nervous system, and the spirit.
My research on singing in community as an intervention for depression led me to 5 years of training in Indigenous African Spiritual Technologies. I saw deeper healing around a fire than in most clinics. I've sat in hundreds of medicine ceremonies and years of tantric study.
I witnessed what happens when the nervous system is met through resonance, safety, and the right kind of touch.
Many of my clients are brilliant, successful, and resourced. Yet they remain lonely, touch-starved, and stuck in patterns they can explain perfectly but cannot change.
That's not a character flaw. That's a nervous system loop. And you can't "think" your way out of it.
Real change is rarely one-dimensional.
"People do not change because they understand. They change because they experience something new often enough for it to become true."
This is why my practice is hard to copy.
I break down seduction, touch, polarity, and repair like I'm writing software. Because for the analytical mind, clarity is safety.
You want the mechanics:
I teach this inside experiences that actually rewire you. The body learns through repetition, safety, and truth.
Voice work. Music. Writing. Ritual. Retreats.
Creativity and intimacy come from the same source. Free one, and the other follows.
Whether you're building a company, a book, a body, or a legacy — we use every tool to clear the channel.
"My work is for the man ready to stop living like a brilliant ghost.
And start living like someone who can receive love, attention, and belonging without needing to earn it."
You don't need to be perfect.
You do need to be honest. You need to be resourced enough to engage responsibly. You need to be willing to practice.
If that's you, I'd love to meet you.
