Before You Say Yes,
Read This.

This is the honest version of what working together actually looks like. Not the polished pitch — the real deal. Read it, feel into it, and bring any questions to our next conversation.

How I Work

The Method

I draw from a wide range of modalities — Hakomi, Somatica, Process-Oriented Psychology, somatic healing, tantra, energy work, psychedelic integration, sound healing, and more. Sessions are experiential, not just conversational. I might suggest breathwork, movement, touch, creative expression, or ritual depending on what's alive for you.

If a particular modality interests you, say so. If anything feels off-limits — touch, spirituality, singing — tell me. This works best when we're honest with each other.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Please Read This Carefully

You are responsible for all fees regardless of attendance. No-shows are not refunded.

My Availability & Response Times

I Need Device-Free Time to Do This Work Well

I am not available 24/7 — and that's intentional. I hold a lot of people's nervous systems. In order to do that well, I need long stretches of offline time to regulate my own.

Text between sessions is for scheduling and, if we have a pre-existing friendship, normal friend conversation. Coaching content — wins, processing, advice, feedback — belongs inside sessions where it can be held properly. If you want more real-time coaching support between sessions, we can discuss adding a dedicated text support package. Always with your consent before any charges.

Attachment, Feelings & Transference

This Is Real Work — Real Feelings Come Up

This work involves two-way intimacy. I may share relevant personal experiences as part of the method — to model healthy connection, not to blur lines.

You may develop feelings of closeness, warmth, or even romantic feelings toward me. This is normal, recognized, and valuable in deep relational work. It's called erotic or relational transference — and we work with it rather than avoid it.

Our judgment can become clouded during deep work. We both agree to err on the side of professional integrity and to seek support if needed.

Confidentiality

What Stays Between Us

You'll indicate your confidentiality preference in the formal agreement — whether you'd like it kept private that we're working together, or not.

Termination & Refunds

If Something Isn't Working

If you notice resistance or dissatisfaction — please bring it to our next session. Relational friction is often exactly where the healing lives. Working through it directly is often more valuable than walking away from it.

Liability & Risk

The Honest Legal Bit

Coaching and healing work carries inherent risks. Growth can be uncomfortable. Insights can be destabilizing. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

By working with me, you voluntarily consent to receive these services and acknowledge that no specific results can be promised. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any injury, harm, loss, or damage arising from participation in services.

I am a Coach — not a licensed therapist. I cannot accept insurance and cannot prescribe medication. If I observe a significant shift in your mental health, I will address it and may recommend you also work with a licensed professional alongside our work.

If all of this lands well and you feel a genuine yes in your body — that's your signal.

You don't need to be certain. You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to be honest, resourced enough to engage responsibly, and willing to practice.

Return to Mentorship Plan

If the payment plan outlined in the mentorship document does not work for you, I am open to finding what is mutually beneficial.

Please prepare a proposal of what would work for you and email it to me or share it in our next session.
